[ncl-install] NCL install issue

Hello,
I checked to see if XQuartz was installed on my laptop. I have XQuartz
2.7.11 installed.
I tried the NCL command and still get the same errors:

I tried the help page for setting the Display environment.
Below is a copy of my .bash_profile I edited:
