[ncl-install] install ncl_stable environment can't use ncl_filedump

Dear ncl team:
     my system is: win10 microsoft store ubuntu with anaconda3.7


    1. conda list -n ncl_stable       1.png 2.png 3.png in my attachments     2. conda --version       conda 4.7.12            3. which ncl       /home/wanghy/anaconda3/envs/ncl_stable/bin/ncl      4. ncl -V        6.6.2     5. env  | grep NCARG       
           NCARG_ROOT=/home/wanghy/anaconda3/envs/ncl_stable         




     after install I type :source activate ncl_stable   into the conda environment
    
     and test: ncl_filedump
    It says:-bash: /home/wanghy/anaconda3/envs/ncl_stable/bin/ncl_filedump: /bin/csh: bad interpreter: No such file or directory  


    to solve this I reinstalled ubuntu for win10 microsolft store many times but don't works
