Hello. I'm using Ubuntu 19.04 ,os type 64 bit. I've installed Ncl_ncarg via apt-get install command but by entering any command I receive syntax error .and due to this new version of Ubuntu I'm not sure which binary to download. please guide me and thank you very much.
