[ncl-install] Request for NCL binaries

Dear all
 
I've just found the announcement about difficulty in downloading NCL binaries.
Until now I decided to wait until the ESG site returns to original state, but I need them urgently. 
Can I get 'ncl_ncarg-6.4.0-Debian7.11_64bit_gnu472.tar.gz' & 'ncl_ncarg-6.4.0-Debian8.6_64bit_gnu492.tar.gz'.
Thank in advance for any help given regarding on that.
