[ncl-install] Installing the latest NCL version

Hi all,
 I want  to update my ncl (6.3.0) to the latest version (6.4.0), is there
any direct way to do it or I have to reinstall the latest version? In that
case I can't able to reach www.earthsystemgrid.org.
Please help me in this issue.
