[ncl-install] ESG is down, March 12-16, 2018

Hi all,

This is a heads up that the ESG website is down this week , which affects
people who need to download NCL binaries from that website. This is a
scheduled downtime, and I'm hoping that things will be back up again by
Saturday.

For Linux and MacOS users, you can install NCL via conda:

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/conda.shtml

If conda is not a good solution and you can't wait until the end of the
week to install NCL, then please email ncl-install at ucar.edu.
