[ncl-install] Conda installation MacOSX Sierra: ncl_filedump and ncl_convert2nc is missing

Hi Karin,
I’m sorry for the delay in responding to this issue. The problem has been resolved, the latest builds of the NCL package on conda-forge now include all of the ncl_* scripts.
