[ncl-install] Conda installation MacOSX Sierra: ncl_filedump and ncl_convert2nc is missing

Hi Karin,

I can confirm that ncl_filedump and ncl_convert2nc are both missing in the Mac conda-forge package of NCL 6.5.0, but they do exist in the Linux build of the package.
