[ncl-install] How to install a precompiled ncl on a SUSE 11 system

Hi Jiangshan,

Unfortunately, we do not have a SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 machine to test/build on. However, I believe that our conda-forge package might work on your machine: http://ncl.ucar.edu/Download/conda.shtml <http://ncl.ucar.edu/Download/conda.shtml>
