Hi Luis,

A couple of points first:

1. You are installing V6.1.2 which is an old version.  The current version
is 6.3.0. Is there a reason why you are installing an older version?
2. Why are you building from source code? We provide binaries for many
Linux, MacOS, and Cygwin system, and it appears you are on a Linux system.
This is *much* easier than installing from source code.


There are a few problems with your build:

 - The build can't find the location of your NetCDF libraries or include
files
 - The build can't find the location of your HDF include files
 - The build is referencing the "fl" library which doesn't exist on your
system

The first two problems can be fixed by adding the path to your NetCDF and
HDF paths via the $NCARG/config/Site.local file. You want to add the paths
to the LibSearch and IncSearch lines in that file.

I believe the third problem is fixed in later versions of NCL, but you can
probably fix it by editing $NCARG/config/Template and changing "-lfl" to
"-ll".
