[ncl-install] installing ncl

Hi fellows I try to install the ncl_ncarg-6.1.2 from source code I did it almost all the binaries except ncl and is one of the most important to me
Attached is the log file can anyone help me to find out why the process cant find the -lnetcdf library if I go it installed.

This is a part of my .tcshrc
