[ncl-install] Support with NCL installation

It looks like something might be wrong with your C-shell. This is a Linux
installation issue and not an NCL issue.

To be certain, however, trying copying the example over explicitly and then
running it:

cp $NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclex/xyplot/xy05n.ncl .
ncl xy05n.ncl

This should cause an X11 window to pop up. Click on this window with your
left mouse button and it will go away.
