[ncl-install] Support with NCL installation

Dear Mary,

I tried these command and they worked. An X11 window poped up. Does that mean that ncl works correctly?

How can I use NCL? I want to try it on my files. Is it sufficient that I simply type ncl and the file name?

For which format NCL works? Is it necessary to be a .ncl file?
