[ncl-install] Support with NCL installation

Hello,


When I type the command:

ng4ex xy05n -clean -W png

I get:

bash: /home/zng02/miniconda2/envs/ncl_test/bin/ng4ex: /bin/csh: bad interpreter: No such file or directory


The outputs from the commands you asked for:


((ncl_test)) zng02 at MEC000019147L:~$ ncl -V
r16461

((ncl_test)) zng02 at MEC000019147L:~$ which ncl
/home/zng02/miniconda2/envs/ncl_test/bin/ncl

((ncl_test)) zng02 at MEC000019147L:~$ env | grep NCARG
NCARG_ROOT=/home/zng02/miniconda2/envs/ncl_test


((ncl_test)) zng02 at MEC000019147L:~$ ng4ex xy05n -clean
bash: /home/zng02/miniconda2/envs/ncl_test/bin/ng4ex: /bin/csh: bad interpreter: No such file or directory


It didn't open any X11 window neither the image.

Hi,

Did you get any error messages from the "ng4ex" command? If so, please email the exact error messages back to ncl-install at ucar.edu<mailto:ncl-install at ucar.edu>, along with the output from the following UNIX commands:

ncl -V
which ncl
env | grep NCARG

You can try sending the output to an X11 window by typing:

ng4ex xy05n -clean

This should cause an X11 window to pop up with the image. You can click on this image with your left mouse button and it will go away.

All commands worked correctly except the last one:


ng4ex xy05n -clean -W png

It didn't produce the image.



How can I fix this problem?
