[ncl-install] Linux mint / libssl.so.0.9.8

Ben,

I don't know if this was a typo, but "LD_Library_Path" should be all upper
case:

   export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/386-linux-gnu

If you continue to have problems, type the following and send it back to
the list:

which ncl
ldd `which ncl`
env | grep LD
