[ncl-install] NCARG install problem on Mac OSX (10.6.2) by gfortran4.5.0

Hi Satomura,
I'm unable to help with this question at the moment, because I don't
have a 10.6 system or gfortran 4.5.
Sometimes I try compiling this code with as few compiler options as
possible to see if this helps.
To do this:
cd $NCARG/common/src/fontcaps
Edit the "Makefile" file
Remove the "-O", "-fno-range-check" options.
Save the file
Type:
make clean all install
and see what happens.
