[ncl-install] ncl binaries for MAC OS 10.3?

Hi Andrea,

We have a new ncl-install email list for people to post questions like
this about NCL installations. It's just like ncl-talk in that you have
to subscribe first.

Anyway, I do have 10.3 binaries for you to try. I'll send you a separate
email telling you how to get them.
