Hi, there,

We had discussed in some instances not being able to see plots that are
plotted. I seem to be having some issues myself. I am *not* on VPN, here
on the office, using Firefox on a Linux box.

If you take a look at plot 20180618_185745, you'll be able to download the
XML file. When I do this I get a blank plot. Even if I set the Y bounds
between 0 and 500, I get no plot and no R data. This despite the fact that
there is good data for the dates selected.

Could this be related to Binbin's problem? Or a different problem? I
don't understand what's going on since this had worked before.

Thanks!

Perry

Hi Perry

I don't think that 20180618_185745 plot is related to the issue
reported by Binbin.
I rerun this job and did not get a plot either.
I looked in the database and did not see any data in cnt table for
variables TMP and T.
In order to get FBAR values you need to select Summary SL1L2 stats.
Take a look at 20180620_163730.

Hi, Tatiana,

I'm not sure what the issue is, but shortly after writing this email I
stopped having these problems. I thought I had it set to summary
SL1L2
stats but perhaps I had something not set properly.

In any case, you should feel free to close this ticket as I don't
think
this is a problem anymore. If I have further issues I'll open a new
ticket.

Thanks!
