  Initial Request
----------------------------------------------------------------

Would it be possible for you to provide me a copy of the script: "gspairs2mpr.R"? I looked in the analysis scripts section of the DTC website, but didn't see it there.

My current MET version is V4.1, and don't have the script in the "scripts' directory.

Thanks.

R/
John

Hi John.

I have attached gspairs2mpr.R, which was released with MET in later
versions. Because you are using METv4.1 there is a potential that its
output won't be readable by METv4.1's version of STAT-Analysis. I am
not
sure though. Please try it out and let us know if you have any
problems.

Thanks,
Julie
