I use Pcp_combine tool accumulate total precipitation 3 hr
but the Problem , input file from UPP (APCP hourly)

Hello. In the example you sent, I think you might want to get the 0
to
3 hour accumulation for precipitation. It looks like the
wrfprs_ruc13_03.tm00 file already contains that information based on
this output:
#4#[sujira.k at haiicluster2 test]$ wgrib wrfprs_ruc13_03.tm00
1:0:d=13061800:APCP:kpds5=61:kpds6=1:kpds7=0:TR=4:P1=0:P2=3:TimeU=1:sfc:0-
3hr
acc:NAve=0
I believe you received the error because the code was looking for a
one
hour accumulation in the wrfprs_ruc13_03.tm00 file, but the file
actually contained a three hour accumulation.
If you would like to get the 3 to 6 hour accumulation, you would need
to
obtain the 6 hour file wrfprs_ruc13_06.tm00 and subtract the 3 hour
from
the 6 hour like this:
pcp_combine -subtract wrfprs_ruc13_06.tm00 6 wrfprs_ruc13_03.tm00 3
out_file.nc
