Joe,

MET is not set up to handle point-to-point data very.  The only somewhat reasonable work-around is to reformat your point-to-point matched pairs to look like the matched pairs (MPR) output lines from
the Point-Stat tool... and use the ".stat" extension for the name of that file.  Then, you could run that file through the STAT-Analysis tool using the "aggregate_stat" job with "-line_type MPR" and
use the "-out_line_type" option to specify what statistics you'd like computed.

There's a lot of overhead in storing the matched pairs in the "MPR" line type since so many columns of data are redundant.  But that'd be the easiest way to do it right now.
