Scott,

I went to take a look at the issue you sent, but was unable to retrieve your files from the ftp site.  The directory ftp.rap.ucar.edu/incoming/irap/met_help/martinez_data is empty.

It's likely that the ftp site was wiped clean while I was out of the office before I was able to retrieve the files.  Would you be able to repost them?  I apologize for the hassle.

As a reminder, I'd like to take a look at:
- a GRIB forecast file
- a NetCDF observation file
- Point-Stat configuration file

Here's the ftp location again:
  ftp ftp.rap.ucar.edu
  username = anonymous
  password = "your email address"
  cd incoming/irap/met_help/martinez_data
  put "your data files"
  bye
