Panelists will share their experiences in preparing an effective academic
job talk and what they are looking for in a job talk given by interviewee.
Possible topics include:

   - What are the differences between a job talk and other talks given in
   conferences and lab meetings?
   - How much research experience should I include in a job talk?
   - How to organize multiple papers/projects?
   - How to balance between “big picture” and “technical details”?
   - How to make the presentation easier to understand without making my
   work less sophisticated?
   - Whether and how do you tailor your talk for different positions at
   different institutions?
   - Do research- or teaching-intensive universities expect different types
      of talks?
      - How to practise delivering the talk?
   - How to anticipate and prepare for Q&As after the talk?
   - After attending job talk as an interviewer, how would you have done
   differently if you were to give the job talk again?
