I’m reaching out because we’re hiring for two India-based Weather Data Scientist roles at Pravāh [https://www.pravah.com/].

Weather is becoming a first-order problem for the electric grid: it drives demand during extremes and directly affects wind and solar generation. At Pravāh, we’re building foundational intelligence for grid operations, with utility deployments across the US, Europe, and India. Weather forecasting is central to that work.

We’re looking for people excited about weather, AI, and the electric grid to help build the next generation of high-resolution operational forecasting models.
