The Earth Sciences Department at Fullerton College seeks applicants to fill temporary, part-time faculty assignments and to establish an eligible pool for assignments available in Fall 2025.  We welcome instructors with expertise to teach:


  *
ESC 101F Earth Science Survey and Lab (ESC 101 LF)
  *
ESC 105F Introduction to Weather and Climate
  *
ESC 110F Introduction to Climate Science
  *
ESC 130F Introduction to Oceanography

Additional courses may be available based on expertise and availability - see Fullerton College course catalog.

Qualifications:

  *
Master’s degree in geology, geophysics, Earth sciences, meteorology, oceanography, paleontology, or a closely related field. (Bachelor’s plus a Master’s in geography, physics, or geochemistry also qualifies.)
OR
  *
A valid California Community College credential in Earth Science.
