[ES_JOBS_NET] Postdoc in Arctic carbon cycle dynamics at Chalmers in Sweden

Dear Colleagues,

I am recruiting a postdoc to work on topics related to Arctic climate change, ecosystem dynamics, and carbon cycling at the Division of Geoscience and Remote Sensing at Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden.
The position is initially for two years, with the possibility to extend to three years contingent on performance and funding. The start date is flexible (but preferably as soon as possible).

The exact research questions and approaches will be decided by the successful applicant in collaboration with the PI.
Methodologies can for example include: analysis of observations, remote sensing datasets, and reanalyses; ecosystem modeling; analysis of climate model output; and atmospheric inverse modeling.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, excited to pursue their own research ideas related to the overarching topic, and open to collaborations within and outside the division.
