The University of Lille seeks to fill a 36-month researcher position to work on the French-German (ANR-DFG) bi-lateral projet GLACIATE (modellinG-sate Lite-Aircraft approaCh for cirrus Advanced characTErization), an innovative consortium addressing the critical challenge of understanding cirrus clouds in climate studies. 

We're seeking a post-doc researcher to contribute to our mission of enhancing knowledge about the global variability of cirrus formation, microphysical properties, and their radiative effects. This will be achieved through a unique framework that integrates modeling, satellite observations, and in-situ measurements.
