* Project Title: Enhancing Hydrological Predictions in the Continental United States

Project Overview:
* Improve water budget predictions across the Continental United States.
* Focus on characterizing below-ground soil-vegetation processes.
* Address the impact of climate change and human-induced land use changes.
Research Approach:
* Develop and test hypotheses about below-ground processes.
* Integrate novel hypotheses into a high-resolution hydrological model coupled with USGS MODFLOW.
* Use satellite and in-situ observations for accurate predictions.
Position Summary:
Postdoc:
* Requirements: Ph.D. in a relevant field, strong programming skills, experience in hydrological modeling preferred.
