The *Senior Director *will lead a pioneering, interdisciplinary initiative
to generate high-quality, AI- and physics-based, human-centered weather
forecasts. The Senior Director will oversee state-of-the-art research and
policy efforts to improve the accuracy and accessibility of weather
forecasts, with a particular emphasis on supporting communities most
vulnerable to climate variability.
