lead, support and plan the activities of the Climate Impacts Group*. Having
recently published our 2024-2029 strategic plan
<https://cig.uw.edu/about/our-strategic-plan-2024-2029/>, this role will
focus on implementing that ambitious plan by: 1) providing strategic
leadership; 2) driving fundraising and financial stewardship; 3) building
relationships and maintaining an engagement plan focused on enhancing
impact; and 4) providing internal management by promoting a positive work
culture and supervising and mentoring key staff members.

We are seeking a candidate with a Ph.D. or the equivalent in knowledge and
experience. Candidates should have nine years of experience in a complex
organization providing research, services and programs relevant to climate
resilience, with at least five years in a leadership role. The salary range
for this position is $13,916 to $15,333 per month or $167,000 to $184,000
annually. *Although this position will remain open until filled, applicant
screening will begin October 14, 2024.*
