Spark Climate Solutions<https://www.sparkclimate.org/> is excited to announce the search for a Program Lead for our Enteric Methane Program. The Program Lead will manage the development of Spark’s enteric methane roadmap, translating the work into impactful research projects, policy changes, and public communications. An ideal candidate has a combination of scientific, business, and policy-related background in agriculture, environmental science, biology, biogeochemistry, or biochemistry-related areas. This interdisciplinary role takes science, engineering, talent, society, economics, and policy into account to advance the field across every dimension.


Spark offers a competitive salary that is commensurate with experience. The salary range is $130,000-$200,000 a year, depending on experience and location. In addition, Spark provides exceptional benefits including flexible PTO, sick time, holidays, generous health insurance coverage, 401(k) with employer match, and full-covered dental/vision/life insurance, and parental leave.
