and public communications. An ideal candidate has a combination of scientific, business, and policy-related background in agriculture, environmental science, biology, biogeochemistry, or biochemistry-related areas. This interdisciplinary role takes science,
engineering, talent, society, economics, and policy into account to advance the field across every dimension. </span></p>

Spark offers a competitive salary that is commensurate with experience. The salary range is $130,000-$200,000 a year, depending on experience and location. In addition, Spark provides exceptional benefits including flexible PTO, sick time, holidays, generous
