Job Description:
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will join a team of faculty, administrators, and evaluators at Iowa State University, Michigan Technological University, North Dakota State University, and Western Michigan University, lead the analysis of project assessment and institutional data (qualitative and quantitative), and assist with the dissemination of project results and continued expansion of the project to other institutions.The successful candidate will receive mentored scholarly and research training to enhance their research success skills and prepare for a faculty position at a research institution.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
PhD in science or engineering education, evaluation, women’s and/or gender studies, psychology, educational policy, higher education, sociology, or a related field.

  *   Demonstrated organizational skills
  *   Effective interpersonal skills, including ability to interact and collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues across four institutions
  *   Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, access, and inclusiveness
  *   Record of peer-reviewed publication
  *   Knowledge of literature on women and historically underrepresented groups in STEM fields and academia
  *   Research experience with quantitative assessment methods as demonstrated through peer-reviewed publications
  *   Proficiency in data management and analytics
  *   Effective written communication skills
