The Postdoctoral Research Associate<span class="" style="font-variant-ligatures: normal; text-decoration-thickness: initial;"> will join a team of faculty, administrators, and evaluators at Iowa State University, Michigan Technological University, North Dakota
State University, and Western Michigan University, lead the analysis of project assessment and institutional data (qualitative and quantitative), and assist with the dissemination of project results and continued expansion of the project to other institutions.</span>The
successful candidate will receive mentored scholarly and research training to enhance their research success skills and prepare for a faculty position at a research institution. </div>
