Dear colleagues,

Colorado School of Mines is hiring a 1-year position with their Diversity,
Inclusion and Access (DI&A) team to investigate retention factors of Mines'
undergraduate students.

Applications are due on March 15th. This is a great opportunity for
early-career geoscientists (Master's or PhD degree holders or postdocs) who
do discipline-based education research.

Please note that while the position description details both minimum
requirements as well as preferred skills and experience, we want to remind
applicants that you do not need to have all the preferred qualifications to
be considered for this role. If you have the passion for the work along
with experience in a related field, you are encouraged to apply.

Salary range is $52K to $58K a year, with medical, dental and retirement
benefits. This position is also offered to be full-time remote work, if the
candidate lives in or relocates to the state of Colorado.
