The Department of Atmospheric Science invites applications for a research assistant position.  The position will be within the research group of Prof. Susan van den Heever to provide support for the next NASA Earth Ventures space mission that was recently awarded to Dr. van den Heever.

This position will be based in Fort Collins, Colorado where the successful candidate will assist with various project responsibilities including: monthly project reporting requirements; facilitating budget discussions/planning with the Research Project Manager; science team communication and collaboration; organizing science team meetings; field campaign organization and procurement; the production of figures, tables and/or other graphics for peer-reviewed literature and reports; result dissemination; collecting and collating information from the science team when needed; report editing; assisting with presentations to be given by Dr. van den Heever; and assisting with press releases.
