Data Manager for a National Science Foundation project to address
fundamental questions on ecological processes across regional scales (
https://stoichproject.org/).  Develop and follow guidelines for cataloging
data, metadata management, data lineage, and data quality.  Supervise
students and/or technicians on tasks related to data ingestion.  Work with
team members to design and maintain the online STOICH database/data
repository.  Independently write scripts to organize, evaluate, and conduct
quality control analyses of data and test and implement new applications
that interface with the STOICH database. Apply research methodologies to
evaluate data and ensure statistical consistency and accuracy. Collaborate
and consult on research projects with the STOICH research team. Develop and
deliver training.
