[ES_JOBS_NET] TWO technicians, Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station next year (summer/winter 2022)

The Observatory Operations Division of the NOAA Global Monitoring Laboratory
(GML) is seeking TWO technicians to staff the NOAA program operating at the
Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station next year (summer/winter 2022).

 

The approximately 18-month federal appointment includes 3 months of
scientific and technical training at GML in Boulder, CO; emergency response
and team building training with the U.S. Antarctic Program in Colorado; and
then a 13-month deployment to Antarctica.  Training will begin in July 2021,
and the commitment ends in ~December 2022.
