</o:shapelayout></xml><![endif]--></head><body lang=EN-US link="#0563C1" vlink="#954F72"><div class=WordSection1><p class=MsoNormal>The Observatory Operations Division of the NOAA Global Monitoring Laboratory (GML) is seeking TWO technicians to staff the NOAA program operating at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station next year (summer/winter 2022).<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The approximately 18-month federal appointment includes 3 months of scientific and technical training at GML in Boulder, CO; emergency response and team building training with the U.S. Antarctic Program in Colorado; and then a 13-month deployment to Antarctica.
