*Calling all ecology, biology and wildlife conservation students!*

Para La Tierra (PLT) is currently accepting applications for 2021/22
placements for its highly coveted internship program.

Fundación Para La Tierra is an award-winning (Rolex Awards, Nat Geo,
Rufford, NAAEE, International Primatology Society etc.) research and
wildlife conservation organization based in Paraguay. We offer students of
all levels professionally supervised internships and placements to help
boost career prospects while also contributing to long-term conservation in
Paraguay.

Through our internship programs you will earn hands-on experience running a
research project of your own design. You will be trained in the field
techniques required for your study and gain valuable skills to strengthen
your profile, including research, scientific writing, presentation, data
collection, and data analysis. From project design through to execution,
our interns are in charge of every step of their project, receiving
guidance from our team of biology and ecology experts along the way.

Interns can choose from a wide variety of projects ranging from behavioural
or ecological research, to taxonomic studies or even community-based
projects. We encourage and assist publication and we will help you with the
process as can be seen with our name already attached to hundreds of
published articles.

For those of you that are worried about (or unable to) travel due to covid
concerns, we also offer remote internships where you will similarly develop
skills and strengthen your portfolio as a researcher.
