We are particularly interested in candidates who contribute to and complement Penn State’s strengths in energy geosystems, the geoscience of conventional and unconventional energy including fossil and geothermal; topics in carbon sequestration and storage; gas hydrates, hydraulic fracturing, induced seismicity, geomechanics, basin and geostructural analysis, fluid-rock interaction, and hydrogeology.
