The department of Environmental Science at American University, Washington DC is looking for an adjunct to teach "ENVS-572 Topics in Conservation Biology”. This graduate course is completely online and asynchronous, so you do not need to live in the DC area to teach it and you have flexibility on when to prepare the classes. The course includes rotating topics on current research in conservation biology, including habitat protection, ecosystem management, and captive breeding, and it is very flexible to accommodate the expertise of the teacher.
It would be great if you could forward this email to anyone who could be interested. For questions, please contact Steve MacAvoy, chair of the department (macavoy at american.edu <mailto:macavoy at american.edu> )
