[ES_JOBS_NET] MS opening in Atmospheric Science at the University of Kansas

We’re recruiting a M.S. student in the Department of Geography and Atmospheric Science at the University of Kansas, Lawrence, KS (https://geography.drupal.ku.edu/) for fall 2021.  Enthusiastic students with B.S. degree in atmospheric science, meteorology, environmental science, or a related field are encouraged to apply. Potential research topics include the variability of dust aerosols, dust-climate interactions, and regional climate change. The position is fully funded.

The graduate researcher is expected to learn to develop computer code to process and analyze large observational datasets and climate model output, present findings at professional conferences, and publish results in peer-reviewed journals.
