global growth equity firm, General Atlantic, Echoing Green has provided
nearly 700 promising social entrepreneurs working in over seventy countries
with more than $40 million in start-up funding, customized support
services, and access to our global network of champions. These social
innovators have gone on to launch and lead some of today’s most important
social enterprises throughout the world. Others have gone on to become
leaders in a variety of sectors, having been profoundly shaped by their
experiences launching social enterprises. Recognized Echoing Green Fellows
include the founders of Teach For America, City Year, College Summit,
Citizen Schools, One Acre Fund, and SKS Microfinance.

*ABOUT THE POSITION*

Echoing Green seeks a collaborative relationship-builder and
detail-oriented project manager with a demonstrated passion for supporting
social and climate issues globally. The Senior Associate, Climate
Fellowship Program, will serve on a team of nine that manages the annual
search, selection, community building and support of 64 current Fellows in
addition to Echoing Green’s more than 700 Alumni. In addition to managing a
portfolio of Fellows, the Senior Associate will contribute to team-wide
priorities, including Echoing Green’s annual Fellowship application process
and Fellow convenings.

The ideal candidate has leadership development exposure, understands social
entrepreneurship, and is a connector – someone who easily builds
relationships, engenders trust and adeptly manages networks to advance
ideas and broaden impact. He or she will thrive in a team-oriented,
fast-paced, and dynamic environment where proactive communication and
flexibility are essential skills. Reasonable accommodations may be made to

this position.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through
Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Evening and weekend work are required as job
duties demand.

This position is a full-time position based in our New York City office.
