The Senior Associate, Climate Fellowship Program, will serve on a team of nine that manages the annual search, selection, community building and support of 64 current Fellows in addition to Echoing Green’s more than 700 Alumni. In addition to managing a portfolio of Fellows, the Senior Associate will contribute to team-wide priorities, including Echoing Green’s annual Fellowship application process and Fellow convenings.</p><p style="margin:0px 0px 1em;padding:0px;border:0px;font-style:inherit;font-variant:inherit;font-weight:inherit;font-stretch:inherit;line-height:inherit;font-family:inherit;font-size:14px;vertical-align:baseline;color:rgb(81,83,83)">The ideal candidate has leadership development exposure, understands social entrepreneurship, and is a connector – someone who easily builds relationships, engenders trust and adeptly manages networks to advance ideas and broaden impact.
