Dear colleagues and friends,

   Kathryn McWilliams passed away unexpectedly at her home in Saskatoon on 
2 January 2025.

   As indicated in the obituary, there will be memorial service to 
celebrate Kathryn's life on Saturday 8 February, 2025 at 1400 CST at the 
Saskatoon Funeral Home in Saskatoon, SK.

   The Service will be livestreamed, and details to connect will appear on 
the obituary web page the day of the service.


   If anyone would like to make a donation in Kathryn's memory, the family 
has requested a donation to a program that promotes the advancement of 
women in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).  A scholarship 
in Kathryn's name will be established for Women in STEM at the University 
of Saskatchewan and donations can be made at:

   We have lost a cherished friend, colleague, educator, mentor, engineer 
and scientist.  Rest in peace Kathryn.
