CEDAR email: new version 3.0 geomagnetic Hpo index available

A new version (V3.0) of the geomagnetic Hpo (Hp30 and Hp60) indices is 
available.
It includes index values for January 1984 to May 2024 (10 years more 
than before).
It is based on a revised Hpo algorithm with better representation of 
Kp=9 storms.

Because of the May 2024 geomagnetic storm, we want to provide this new 
index version in a timely manner. The index values can be downloaded 
from a dedicated link for V3.0 from:

https://kp.gfz-potsdam.de/en/hp30-hp60

That webpage also shows a plot of the new Hpo indices during the 
geomagnetic storm in May 2024. The other data downloads and figures are 
currently still using Hpo V2.0. Future references to the new version 
(V3.0) will be:
