   - *Submit rotating slides: *please email the slides to Liying:
   lqian at ucar.edu. Rotating slides will be displayed on the plenary screen
   before and after plenary sessions each day.
   - *Plenary Session and Student Day Recordings*: the plenary sessions and
   student day will be recorded, and the recordings will be made available on
   the CEDAR website shortly after the Workshop concludes.
   - *Individual Workshop **Zoom Links and Recordings*: for individual
   workshops that will have virtual components,  we kindly request that the
   conveners post the Zoom link to their respective sessions at the top of the
   session page on the CEDAR website. Additionally, the recordings of these
   sessions will also be made available on the CEDAR website after the 2024
   CEDAR Workshop.
