CEDAR email: pysat v2.3.0 Released

Dear CEDAR Community,

The Python Satellite Data Analysis Toolkit (pysat) is a Python package providing a simple but flexible interface for downloading, loading, cleaning, managing, processing, and analyzing scientific measurements. pysat v2.3.0 primarily features DeprecationWarnings for pysat functions that are changing as part of the 3.0.0 release. pysat v2.3.0 is intended to be the last release of the v2.x series and the last release to include support for Python 2.x.

The pysat source code is hosted on GitHub<https://github.com/pysat/pysat> and releases are hosted on PyPi and installable via pip.
