Hi CEDAR community!

*We’d like to point your way to a novel opportunity to learn quickly about
heliophysics data and resources (from the Sun through our own, geospace,
regions).*

The Whole Heliosphere and Planetary Interactions (WHPI) team has put
together a series of tutorials, or “Show and Tell” presentations, that are
happening next week. The resources will continue to be available online
after the event, but if you watch it live you can hear the discussion and Q
& A with the authors and get some additional insight into the resources
(and hopefully get involved in the ongoing WHPI initiative).

*ALSO, if you have a data, model, or analysis tool that you’d like to share
at a future “Show and Tell” event, please contact either Ryan McGranaghan
(ryan.mcgranaghan at gmail.com <ryan.mcgranaghan at gmail.com>) or any of the
WHPI team (whpi_help at hao.ucar.edu <whpi_help at hao.ucar.edu>). You can sign
up for future updates on their email list:

We hope you can join us!

Stay well,

Ryan McGranaghan *on behalf of the entire WHPI team*

*Event info:*

The first Whole Heliosphere and Planetary Interactions (WHPI) "Show and
Tell" days will occur between 8:00 - 11:30 AM (Pacific Time) on
Monday-Tuesday September 14th-15th, 2020. These will feature approximately
15 minute pre-recorded tutorials on WHPI related observations, followed by
live Q&A with presenters.

Presentations include Parker Solar Probe, Solar Irradiance, GOLD, MLSO,
BBSO, Jicamarca, Solar Orbiter, Locarno Solar Observatory, Historical Data
Sets, Millstone Hill ISR, AMISR, and Extended Owens Valley Solar Array.

We are planning future Show and Tell days to highlight more observations,
as well as modeling and analysis techniques -- check the WHPI Show and Tell
